Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be:
    • Unopened
    • Unused
    • In their original packaging
  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for:
    • Opened or used items
    • Gift cards
    • Items purchased on sale or clearance

How to Return

  2. Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if an item is returned late or not in its original condition).

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, follow the return process and place a new order after receiving your refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the damaged item or wrong product.
  3. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
