Returns

- In their original packaging
- Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for:

- Items purchased on sale or clearance
How to Return

- Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your item.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, follow the return process and place a new order after receiving your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

- Provide photos of the damaged item or wrong product.
- We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
